Delivery to all EU countries is working as normal and as an extra precaution courier companies do not need a signature for parcels, they can also be left in a special place to avoid contact.

HOW LONG DOES PERSONALISATION TAKE?
All personalisation is completed by hand in our London studio, this means we can complete your order in a number of hours rather than days. *Times may vary around busy periods such as Christmas.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, however time is off the essence as we process orders very quickly. Please call us on 02037907790 or email and we’ll be very happy to amend your order if we can. However, once personalised, products cannot be refunded or amended.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do, the table below is a rough guide but please click here for your exact shipping country transit times. Express orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Personalised items are non-refundable, unless of course they are faulty or not as ordered. If so, please accept our apologies and send an email including a picture of the received product.
Non-personalised products are refundable if they are returned to us in re-saleable condition.
*All returns must be processed within 14 days and can be issued via credit note if preferred*
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, absolutely. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can always arrange to drop by and collect from our West London studio (Unit 10,69 St Mark’s Road, W10 - Nearest Tube - Ladbroke Grove).
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE
Yes, one of our dedicated sales team can take your order over the phone, please give us a ring on 02037907790 if that is your preferred way to pay.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Packing is a key part of our service and our identity, so all orders are lovingly prepared and come in our stylish signature packaging.
If you’re after an extra flourish, we do offer gift boxes which can be personalised. Gift notes are also available on our luxurious card.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?
Absolutely! We are rather proud of our gift notes and adding a gift note is simple. It will be printed onto a luxurious, high-quality gift card. (Just make sure you include who it is from– unless you want it to be a surprise).
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we certainly do, you can choose from multiples of £25. The card itself comes in a presentation box. You can choose to write your own gift note or let us add one. You can find it here.
DO YOU INCLUDE RECEIPTS IN THE BOX?
No. We like to keep our parcels looking like presents, and a receipt doesn't exude a sense of occasion. We do sometimes include a packing sheet that will not show any pricing information. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT?
Yes. If the product is faulty you have 14 days to notify us and return your parcel. We can arrange to collect from you or refund your return postage should this be the case.
If you decide you don’t like a gift, or that it is unsuitable, you can also return it to us within 14 days. However, it must be in completely re-saleable and unused condition, with all the relevant parts included in the original parcel. We will then issue a refund or credit note if preferred. Please note personalised goods cannot be returned or refunded due to their bespoke nature.
DO YOU OFFER A CORPORATE OR BULK RATE?
Absolutely, we have an expert in-house corporate team dedicated to ensuring that gifting to clients and colleagues is done as effectively and memorably as possible. We can work across a broad range of projects and have the capacity and expertise to manage all stages from concept to creation, delivery and global fulfilment.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you don’t need an account to complete a purchase. We will store your details to make returning purchases easier by recognising your details.
